Welcome to Wondernell Studio. By purchasing lyric-writing services from Wondernell Studio, you agree to the following terms:

Services:

Wondernell Studio provides custom lyric-writing services based on ideas, concepts, themes, messages, or existing melodies provided by the client.

Wondernell Studio does not provide music production, instrumental tracks, professional vocal recordings, mixing, mastering, animation, or video production services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Project Information:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, including any desired themes, educational goals, audience information, melody references, or other relevant requirements.

Delays in providing necessary information may affect project timelines.

Payment:

A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.

Final deliverables will be provided after all required payments have been received.

Revisions:

Unless otherwise agreed, one revision is included with each project.

Additional revisions or significant changes requested after delivery may be subject to additional fees.

Turnaround Time:

Most projects are completed within 3–7 business days after all required project details have been received. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Ownership and Credit:

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the final lyrics for their project.

When the lyrics are published, recorded, distributed, or otherwise shared publicly, Wondernell Studio should be credited as the lyric writer.

Suggested credit:

"Lyric Writer: Wondernell Studio"

or

"Lyrics by Wondernell Studio"

Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of lyric-writing services, completed work is non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before work has begun, any refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Wondernell Studio.

Portfolio Use:

Wondernell Studio reserves the right to display completed lyric-writing projects, excerpts, or publicly available finished works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability:

Wondernell Studio makes no guarantee regarding commercial success, audience engagement, streaming performance, or other outcomes resulting from the use of the lyrics provided.
